Phantoms is a fresh, up and coming new function band comprised of five talented musicians, playing a range of music styles from funk to rock and catering to audiences young and old.
This band is appropriate for any event and can amend the length and layout of their set to fit any requirements and give a lively and enthusiastic stage performance guaranteed to please!
The Band
Phantoms are made up of guitar, bass guitar, drums and vocals. We also use a Roland SPDSX pad to generate authentic keyboard parts that fill out our sound, giving us the ability to play every song authentically. This compact set up allows us to fit into the smaller venues therefore making us more accessible.
As well as two lead singers the majority of the rest of the band sing backing vocals giving Phantoms a rich, full sound and allows us to achieve an impressive and genuine cover of your favourite songs.
Dee Kennedy - Lead Female Vocals & Point of Contact
Dee has been singing professionally in various bands since the age of 15 and met the members of Phantoms after studying music at university. She sings many different styles and loves to perform live and entertain.
Stuart Day - Lead Guitar/Acoustic Guitar
Stuart has been playing guitar for 12 years and is the perfect example of versatility. With his other band, ‘At Worlds End’, playing thrash metal, to pop/rock with Phantoms, Stuart has the ability to play any style of music sure to please any audience.
Wayne Ambrose - Bass Guitar
Wayne met Dee at University and was also in 'At Worlds End' along side Stuart. Originally a Guitarist, his technique, knowledge of the fretboard and feel makes him a superb anchor within the band as a Bassist.

Chris Lewis - Drums & Musical Director
Chris has been behind a Drum Kit since he was 11. Solidifying his ethos within the band as a groove drummer and a crucial team player. He has recently graduated from the Brighton Institute of Modern Music.
